--- Phoenix Folk Festival next weekend --- Check out the folk festival at Encanto Park on March 24th and 25th! There will be live performances by local musicians from 10:00am to 5:00pm on both days. Encanto Park is located in Phoenix at 2605 North 15th Avenue.

--- Upcoming Music Events --- The annual Arizona Songwriters Gathering is coming up. It will be going on all day at Encanto Park on Saturday, January 28th. There will be over 50 local songwriters performing their original music, along with workshops all day long with valuable information on how to write & market your songs. Although it isn't in the Phoenix area, it is worth mentioning that the 2007 Tucson Folk Festival is also coming up. This one lasts an entire weekend (May 5th and 6th). They're accepting applications until February 1st. For more info, go to www.tkma.org.

There isn't any membership requirement to use this website, but feel free to sign up on the Forum to become part of the Music PHiX community.
