The open mic list has been updated with lots of new locations. We are still working on confirming the rest of the open mics and will remove the dead ones as we find them. Until then, be sure to follow the sage advice of local open mic legend Chris Frazer... "Call before you haul".

Life and Death of Open Mic Events - Monday, April 4th, 2011
Unfortunately, Dazbog Coffee in Scottsdale is no longer holding their open mic on Fridays due to a complaint to ASCAP. This is not the first open mic to suffer this fate, and there is some controversy about whether companies like ASCAP and BMI are killing live music. On the upside, the valley has gained a new open mic night at the Red Owl Sports Grill in Tempe (Wednesdays at 8pm). Exact location, times, and more information on these can be found on the Open Mic page.
